Vibrant Future Guide

Write for us

Vibrant Future Guide welcomes thoughtful contributions about personal future-making: how people imagine possible days, reflect on what matters and give an idea a first shape. We look for pieces that leave the reader with a question or exercise worth carrying forward.

What to pitch

Send a concise proposal with a working title, the central idea, the reader it is for and the particular angle that makes it distinct. Useful pitches might develop a reflective prompt, compare two ways to picture a possible future or examine a common assumption about hopes and plans.

What makes a good piece

Strong contributions are specific, original and accessible to general readers. They explain the idea clearly, avoid guaranteed outcomes and distinguish personal interpretation from factual claims. Exercises should be adaptable and low-pressure, with no expectation that one imagined future is right for everyone.

How to send a proposal

Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a short outline and a note about any sources or images you expect the piece to use. Unrequested full manuscripts are not needed for an initial pitch.

Our point of view

A future can be pictured without being predicted.

We make room for more than one possibility, then look for the details that help us decide what deserves a first step.
